- Alex Cullen offered to purchase prizes, the BCA to help.
- Todd Crawford to ask about possibilities of prizes from Minto, Todd took suggestions from the committee.
- Concerns that only ballots and not surveys would be returned.
- Decided that surveys would be passed out at local community events (Bayshore Multicultural Potluck) and it was suggested that smaller prizes would be distributed at these events.
- Suggested that there be survey tables set up in local parks during nice weather.
- Suggested that there be a community event held at the Minto Recreation Centre.
- Can capitalize on existing groups, events and activities to get more people to fill out surveys (Fun Days, booth at Bayshore Shopping Centre, school councils, Boys and Girls Club, local schools, LINC etc)
