- Abid Jan provided an overview of the Community Development Framework, the process for neighbourhood selection, involvement of the University of Ottawa and a summary of the community engagement process.

- Sample Terms of Reference were circulated. Carlington CHC will update and bring to the next meeting for approval. Michael Birmingham will approach the CCHS Board re: its involvement in the Steering Committee.
- Leadership Ottawa: Representatives from Leadership Ottawa are involved to support front line staff.
- Michael Kostiuk from Carlington Community Association voiced some concerns re: Carlington boundaries. This will be brought to the Municipal Services Table.
